As a result of COVID-19  travelling now comes with a few extra challenges. Keep in mind these helpful tips before hopping on your plane to Aegadian Islands:

• Research if any travel restrictions apply to your destination and origin before locking in your flight. Also check if there are any requirements you'll need to follow on arrival, such as health testing.
• Requirements state that you must wear a face mask throughout your travel experience, even at screening checkpoints. Be prepared to adjust your mask for identification purposes when asked.
• To reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination, place your boarding pass on the reader yourself and then hold it up for inspection. Do not hand your boarding pass directly to a TSA agent.
• TSA is now allowing passengers to take one container of hand sanitizer, up to 12 oz (350 ml) in size, in carry-on baggage. This will need to be removed from your bag for X-ray screening.
• Place any personal items (phone, wallet and keys) in your carry-on instead of a bin to minimize handling during screening.
• Separate any food you're carrying for X-ray scanning. Food items often set off the alarm. Placing them in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA officer to handle and inspect your belongings.
